This is a quiet, small condo building only one block from the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The City has many restaurants and shops, many unique family owned businesses. There is a variety of entertainment from art shows and live music to City sponsored entertainment during the week. The Atlantic Ocean is only a few minutes walk away and only one block from the center of downtown activities. There are sightseeing cruises on the Intra-coastal Waterway and many other water related activities. The condo building has only six units with a gated patio area with a fountain. This unit is on the second floor. It is completely furnished, ready for you to move in. All of the amenities are first class with marble floors, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counter tops and a pillow top king size bed. There is a flat screen TV with built in DVD and VCR. The unit is fully air conditioned and heated. Utilities are provided for seasonal rentals.
