If renting a car, which is probably sensible for sight seeing/golf/sports, there are many hire firms at Faro Airport, or a taxi will cost around 25€ each way. There are buses and taxis and a great train service to Lisbon, which passes through some wonderful countryside. You can drive from the house to in one direction Lisbon or in the other direction Spain Boader / Seville motorway!

Places To Visit & Beaches: Vilamoura has, lovely shops, restaurants and a marina and you can go on a fishing trips, sail or dolphin watch. Albufeira old town, is where you will find boutiques, bars and plenty of nightlife, the party capital ,Giua there is a great shopping mall. Faro walled town is a must with hidden delights and just before entering, you will find a superb shopping arcade with one of the best supermarkets and fantastic shops. Throughout Algarve will find whatever you want, mountains, sea, beaches,shopping, waterparks, zoo, gokarting, horse riding,markets, golf, tennis, gastronomy!

Golf: Vale do Lobo has the world renown 18th hole which is over the cliffs. All the greens are carefully manicured and Vale do Lobo is up to world class standard, having one numerous awards.
