Lauderdale/Pompano Beach Border and about two miles from the beach. Just minutes from Downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas area. (Pls see “Activities” for things to do.) This 2,400 square foot home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably; The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished with a mixed influence of the 60's to contemporary styling. Featuring bright reds greens and purples in the dinette and living room areas. Complimented with a contemporary kitchen with Ubatuba Brazilian granite counter tops and stainless steel fixtures and halogen lighting.Two wide french doors opens to the tropical pool. The entire property is private, with full perimeter fencing and landscaping.

    A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% (including security deposit) is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any additional security deposit (depending on the number of guests and the length of stay) is required prior to/or at check-in, and refundable within 5 days of departure.
  • General Policies:
    There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Arrival: Check-in is @ 3pm. Departure/Check-out is @ 9am. Times may be adjusted according to your arrival times, provided other guests are
    not departing or arriving on your dates. Please forward requests ASAP. Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be deducted from the security deposit.

Notes: The living room includes a red leather couch, a fully reclinable yellow leather lounge chair, coffee table, 42' Sony digital TV cable service with DVD player. The round glass dining room table seats 6 comfortably and it is a 60's style. (see picture) The kitchen has a microwave, elec range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator with icemaker. It comes complete with cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Wood floors span the home and adds a reflective elegance and open air ambiance. Soft and comfy short berber carpeting in the bedroom suites. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Of course, the entire house is air-conditioned for your total comfort. The large yard has a privacy fence and many tropical trees and plants including palm, banana, coconut, hibiscus and bougainvillea. There is comfortable outdoor furniture so you can relax, too. Enjoy the playful mix of Retro and contemporary decor for all tastes and eras - 60's to today!
