We are so glad we chose your company over a hotel. The whole family could stay together this way and it felt as if we had a second home.
The apartment was really nice.
It gave us a good base for our vacation. It was good to come home to this place after a tiring day. We had to pay some extra fee to use the pool but it worth it as they have a huge pool area with several pools and jacuzzi.
The apartment was very spacios, clean and well- equipped. Checkin procedure was easy and fast. We enjoyed our stay.
I really liked the Asian theme decor and the accent wall in the living room. Much more details than what you usually get in vacation rentals.
The beds were comfortable, and the two sleepers in the living room were OK too
There should be more elevators in this tower.
We would like to stay here again next time we are in LA.
We were extremely pleased by the quality of this accommodation especially for the price. We will be returning in August I would definitely like to use this apartment again
This apartment was absolutely appalling! We rented this 2-bedroom apartment from OMG Travel, making it clear that there were 8 people in our group. They said that they were able to accommodate us and that there will be toiletries, linens, pillows etc for the 8 of us.
After a tiring long drive from NorCal, we got to the apartment at 4pm to find that it was far from what we had expected. First of all, the photos depicted bright room with brightly-colored, modern furnishings - the apartment we were given was poorly lit and cluttered with outdated, mismatched, dark-colored furniture.
There was a queen bed in each of the bedrooms, but when we went through the linens and towels they had dropped off, we found that they didn't give us any extra pillows or linens for the air mattress or additional sofabed. There were only 4 pillows for the 8 of us. When we tried to contact someone from OMG Travel, no "live" agents from the U.S. ever responded to the more than 5 phone calls made and numerous emails we sent. Instead, the phone calls were routed to a call center or a booking agent in Europe. Even though they did not reply to most of our emails, I know they received them, because the 2nd day, we received a delivery of towels we didn't request,in addition to the linens we requested). On the 3rd day, our last night, we finally received the 4 extra pillows we requested. It might be worth mentioning that the pillows, by the way, were disgusting, old and stained. The carpet was also really filthy and gross!
The kitchen is old, out of date, and counter seams were not properly aligned/sealed, stuck in the '80s which would have been fine if it was clean. 2 of the drawers were lined with paper towels and the rest were just greasy-looking and stained.
The bathroom had mildew and black mold stains in some parts of it. The shower doors were so old that we had trouble opening and closing them.
The beds and sofa beds were horribly uncomfortable. They were so bad that when two people got in the bed, you would slide towards the center!
There were soap dispensers in the bathrooms but they were empty. Stay away!
They took me to their website for booking, and not through HomeAway. These guys should be banned from HomeAway as they exploit the system.
Charge the credit card without asking me for the cleaning fees as they decided to close their office on 31st Dec. Booked for 5, but the apartment was ready only for two, that too with towels placed on kitchen countertop. No blanket for the 5th person. Iron board, but no Iron. Carpet was filthy, air conditioning was not good. A/C ducts were not cleaned in decdes, causing sneezing because of dust.Toilet rolls were worse in quality than a 1* hotel would have. No paper towels.Rude communication! Their service is not worth a penny. Person named Chilly is worst to deal with. I wrote a big email with all points mentioned about the complaints, which included complaint for this person as well. And guess what, the person responding me was the same person who made my stay miserable. Their whole system SUCKS big time!
I have posted a review on their website as well, which I doubt they are gonna publish.
DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE! THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEATERS!
This vacation apartment is located in the same building as several of our other luxury rental units. Located right in the heart of the lively and affluent Miracle Mile District, this fully furnished apartment in Hollywood is found in a modern building nestled just between the ritzy Hancock Park neighborhood to the East and the Beverly Hills adjacent neighborhoods to the West. The development of this up-scale neighborhood began in the 1920s and has recently seen an invigorating redevelopment, as top-notch boutiques, entertainment complexes and restaurants have brought a new sense of style to the community. This central Los Angeles neighborhood offers easy access to all areas of the sprawling city along several major avenues. Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Universal City are just minutes away. Because of the close proximity to the freeways, this location even offers quick access to Downtown LA as well as the beaches.
It is right down the street from the new Grove shopping and entertainment complex on 3rd Street as well as newly expanded museums along Wilshire Boulevard. The trendy Melrose shopping strip as well as the famed Sunset Strip is nearby, as are several major motion picture studios.
