This tastefully decorated third 12th floor apartment is large enough to sleep 4+4 guests, making it suitable for multiple couples or a family traveling together. This apartment is designed to sleep up to 8 with the 2 queen size beds and Queen sized sleeper sofa. With both bedrooms featuring their own spacious bathrooms, all of our guests will feel like they have their own space and privacy. For an additional fee, a Queen or 2 Single air mattresses can be provide to accommodate 2 additional guests, allowing for some truly flexible sleeping arrangements. If traveling with an infant, we also have a crib available for an additional fee.
Choosing which TV program to watch will never be a problem, as there are 3 cable-equipped TV sets in this unit. The apartment features a full kitchen with standard appliances as well as all the usual cookware and utensils our guests need to create that perfect home-cooked meal. The unit features huge closets and a dining area with seating for four and a living area that is both comfortable and elegant.
Bright and sunny, we’ve made sure to furnish and decorate with a careful eye towards creating a home that not only provides luxury, but a feeling of being at ease and most of all, of simply “being at home”.
The building also offers an underground gated garage, fitness center and on-site laundry room. The courtyard boasts a pool and Jacuzzi surrounded with lounge chairs for sunbathing, or catching up on your current novel. The courtyard also features pub style and counter height dining areas adjacent to the BBQ area, for al fresco dining in the California sun.
This luxury apartment is located just north of the corner of Wilshire Boulevard off Masselin St. Centrally located in an affluent neighborhood, both tourists and professionals alike will benefit from the close proximity to many attractions and business districts. Actors in town for pilot season will appreciate the short trips to all the major casting offices and entertainment professionals will find major studios (Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount, Sunset/Gower, Raleigh) just a few minutes drive away.
The famous Museum Row, La Brea Tar Pits, The Grove mall and the historic 3rd Street Farmers Market are all within a few minutes drive, with the LACMA Museum being within walking distance. A short drive will also bring guests to the trendy Melrose shopping district, The Beverly Center Mall or the lively Sunset Strip. Also just a few minutes away are some bustling tourist attractions such as Hollywood Blvd, the Kodak Theater, Grauman’s Chinese Theater and Universal Studios Theme Park.
