True Ski in/Ski out from the patio steps of the building directly onto Peak 8, home of two high speed quad lifts. Ski storage directly inside patio door, no walking involved. To return, simply ski down any number of runs directly to the door. Save money and time by skiing home for lunch in the comfort of your own Condo. Sit in the outside hot tubs and watch skiers come by in this true ski in/ski out Condo on Peak 8. This building has two floors of covered parking, ski lockers directly outside the slopes, elevator, two saunas and two story lounge over-looking the slopes. The Condo is owned by the Lister and full of plenty cooking and dining utensils. Two bedrooms, one with queen and full and other with two full beds. Loft with double set of bunk beds. Linens supplied.

Location: Breckenridge Area < Colorado < USA

Direct ski in/ ski out condo located on Peak 8 above the lifts. Peak 8 no longer allows skiier pick up or drop off or parking. You must take the gondola from the pay parking lot downtown and take a 10-15 minute ride. This is the only condo building currently available that is direct ski in/ ski out. No walking thru buildings or outside. Ski directly down hill to two quad high speed lifts. The Peak 8 Kid's castle is also located directly below at the base. Save time and money by returning to the condo for a quick lunch in the condo. Not only is this one of only a handful of loft units in Ski Watch this unit also has a 1/2 bath in the loft. You are renting directly from the owner, not a managment company. We keep our unit well supplied with everything you would need to cook from crock pot to electric frying pans to lots of pots and pans. We added a 42 Inch flat screen in living room and flat screen in each bedroom this year. We supply our own wonderful linens and towels.

Included, just installed 42' flat screen LCD TV in living room and flat screens in both bedrooms, stereo, cable television with DVD player in family room, cable television in each bedroom with DVD/VCR combo in one bedroom, fireplace with gas logs, humidifiers, washer and dryer in building, on shuttle/trolley route, high speed wireless internet. Ski: Direct ski in/ ski out unit located on Peak 8 in Breckenridge Colorado. This is the only building currently available on Peak 8 in Breckenridge that does not require use of the gondola. Peak 8 no longer allows skiier drop off/ pick up or parking. The only access to the mountain is thru the gondola located at the paid parking lot in town. The gondola takes about 10-15 mintues to access the mountain and a walk to the lifts. Stay in Ski Watch and walk down 4 steps from the ski lockers and stand directly on the side of the mountain. Ski down hill (no walking) to two quad high speed lifts. Save time and money by returning to the unit for lunch.
