Well-appointed condo

We used this condominium unit as an "overflow" residence for a group of adult cross-country skiers vacationing in NH from the mid-Atlantic region. It was excellently outfitted with supplies, especially in the bathrooms--just as nice as staying at a motel. Plenty of towels. There is a nice entryway area just inside the unit where skis and large coats can be stored.
Also on the plus side, the wood pellet stove in the living room was neat. I had not experienced that kind of alternative heating before. The owners left an ample supply of wood pellets for us. We had about a foot of snow during our stay. The condo staff did an excellent job of cleaning the roads and making the sidewalk areas walkable again as soon as possible.
A couple of light negatives from our perspective. To get into the condo, one has to use two keys--one to the building outer door and one to the specific unit. These looked identical, so it took us a bit of time to figure out each time which key was the right one to use. Suggest future renters mark a key in some fashion at the beginning of your stay so you aren't standing out in the cold more than needed.
Second, the recreation building at The Seasons at Attitash had some rather marginal facilities. The hot tub seemed to work O.K., but the sauna was barely warm. We had rented this unit in this complex in the expectation of having an excellent sauna experience. Was not to be. Of course, this equipment is the responsibility of the condo association as a whole, not the individual unit owner. But it put a damper on our ski experience. Those at the rec. building were almost all teens and younger, which we are not. But this is probably true of all comparable complexes in ski resort areas.
We had four adults using the two bunk bed sets in the second bedroom. There were no complaints, so they must be fairly sturdy. The complimentary computer and internet connectivity in the unit was much appreciated.
