Enjoy this brand new 3 bedroom 2½ bath home overlooking Serpent Lake and the Crosby Park. This classy Cape Cod house offers three private sleeping areas. The kids loft is perfect for 3 children with 3-twin beds a huge closet, and a half bath. The vaulted loft is all knotty pine tongue and groove paneling. Two large dormers with padded reading benches look out over the blue waters of Serpent Lake. The master suite has a private bath and a queen bed. The spacious guest room has a full sized bed. The great room is open to the kitchen and has a queen sofa sleeper, TV, stereo and a breakfast bar with oak swivel stools. Outside the pergola covered cedar deck offers an inviting space for a barbeque or a cool evening space to relax. If additional space is needed, please inquire about the new guest apartment that has 2 bedrooms, one bath and a complete kitchen. With this apartment you can accommodate a group up to 10

Cafes, restaurants and gift shops can all be found along Main Street. The park and beaches of Serpent Lake are very inviting. Serpent Lake has great fishing and boasts over 15 feet of water clarity. If you visit for a long weekend or stay for a week you will enjoy all that Crosby offers!

We loved our stay! The lake, the park, it's all here! This rental is situated in a perfect location and priced lower than comparable hotels. The house was very comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the roominess and found it to be both adult and kid friendly; it's big enough for the kids to play upstairs while the adults settle down for a movie and popcorn in the living room overlooking the park and lake. Having a fully functional kitchen made snacks and meals much more 'vacation affordable'. All-in-all, I don't believe we could have found a better value or a more beautiful location. We will definitely be back!

Nice House - Close to Everything

This house is just as it says. New and comfortable. Plenty of room, new beds, clean and neat. Ice fishing is great and its right outside the front door. We can drive our 4 wheeler right out on the lake at the public park. This would be a very nice place for a summer get away. We may stay again in the summer!

The Play Park looks very inviting for the kids.
