Welcome to The Berkeley Hotel! Our beautifully designed and newly renovated 1/1 is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and location! Located directly on historic Tennyson St and across the street from Cesar Chavez Park you are within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & more!

Our tastefully designed 1/1 features high-end furnishings throughout including a King Casper Mattress and pillows, Viking appliances, Room & Board Furnishings, Quartz countertops, a Rain Fall Showerhead and more! When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Outside:
Within your unit, you'll have your own private balcony to enjoy the morning sunrises or evening sunsets. If you want to venture out, our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel! Parking Garage is First come First Serve. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage and plenty of neighborhood parking.

End the evening with a virtual round of golf and a cocktail next door at The South Broadway Country Club. This location is perfect for solo parties, groups, business travelers and families!

Getting Around:
You won't need a car if you plan on staying near the hotel. You'll have plenty in walking distance. If you want to get out and see all of Denver's best attractions, you will need to rent a car or Uber/Lyft to the various tourist attractions.

PACK-N-PLAY/HIGH CHAIR
Please notify us BEFORE your stay if you will need a pack-n-play or highchair. We need 24 hours notice to ensure we can deliver it to your room.

ROOF TOP PATIO
The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos).

PET FEES
We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about stays longer than 2 weeks or if you have multiple pets.

PARKING
Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation.

SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL
There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible.

CHILD PROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.

Very nice place!
Location is awesome! So many walkable restaurants. Nice to have a parking garage with opener. Was traveling solo so I felt safer pulling into the garage at night. Very nicely decorated with high-end appliances. Rooftop is also very nice. Wish I had had time to use the grill to cook steaks. Only criticism is the hard surfaces in living/kitchen make it a bit echoey. Would still like to come back and bring my husband!

Great condo with a spectacular location
I enjoyed the place it is nicely furnished and has plenty of space. The bed is ultra comfy. I wish the weather was nicer to enjoy the spacious balcony

Perfect Denver Spot
Over the past 2 years I have stayed at the Berkley Hotel for a total of over 3 weeks. My first stay in 2021 I extended my stay for an extra week. I returned for a full week in 2022. The property managers are responsive via email, VRBO app and text. The are super accommodating. The apartment is very comfortable with all the necessary odds and ends available (coffee maker, tea kettle, dish soap etc). I have never run into noise issues. The wifi works well enough for me to work remotely (and host large zoom calls). There is cable with HBO and you can log into Netflix & Prime Accounts via tv easily. I absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. The roof top views amazing. Bedding and towels are super comfy.

It was a beautiful eclectic unit and building in a very fun hip area! The unit had everything you needed and I think must be very new. Our unit had a slim balcony that was nice to sit on for coffee. Not much of a view but was nice to have. The rooftop deck has a gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance with a fire table and 2 grills. The park across the street was great for walking the dog. Lots of restaurants and boutiques to explore. The foothills for hiking and a dog were less than 30 mins away. Wonderful!
