There is a brand new 40” flat screen TV in the Living Room; and an additional television in the 2nd bedroom.
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals purchased this condo in 2012

You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
This condo was an excellent location. We were able to walk to all of the downtown attractions within 15 minutes in each direction. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. All the amenities we needed were available in the condo. The roof top patio was awesome.
We loved the condo. It was super close to everything (walking distance) and loved that the 2nd bedroom had two twin beds. Great for teenagers. The kitchen was very well stocked and there's a Whole Foods nearby if you want to save some money and make your own food, like we did! There is a bit of street noise, but nothing outside of the norm.
We had a girls weekend in Seattle for a bride to be. Everything was wonderful and it was so nice to be close to everything!! The condo was the perfect size and the finished were so nice, we all felt right at home. Check in and out was very easy and your staff was very nice helping us with additional parking. Thank you!!!
My family and I have stayed at the Belltown propoerty twice - it is a great location and the bakery downstairs is fantastic. The location is midway between downtown and Seattle Center so you can walk to either place (about 15 minutes) and to the waterfront (about 10 minutes). The distance to light rail and monorail might be a bit long for very young children but fine for teenagers and adults. There are a lot of great restaurants within a 5 min walk. The first time we had a two bedroom interior unit that was FABULOUS. The second time we stayed in the one bedroom that faces the street because it was the only one left for our last minute reservation - the one in which they warn you about street noise. The warning are for real - it is really loud, particularly with the windows open in the summer. So if you are sensitive to noise, don't sign up for that one. Choose unit that does not face the front of the building if you can. We are from a rural area so it was fun to feel like a city-dweller for a while. Check-in and out service was great. Units are nicely furnished, sparkling clean and very well maintained. I am an Oasis fan and will return!
We had a very comfortable 5 night stop here with a 3rd floor apartment looking into a spacious quiet garden courtyard. It was an easy short walk to the Seattle Centre with Space Needle and the magnificent Chihully Glass exhibition including glass garden, and in the other direction to the Victoria Clipper terminus for a day trip to the Butchart Gardens, or a stroll to a great Aquarium (with otters!) and the Pike Place Market. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of basics including oil herbs and spices and there is a great bakery downstairs as well as a useful corner minimart. There is a doctor a short walk away that the member of our party who was ill could manage to get to easily on foot. I loved having the clothes washer and dryer in the apartment and repair of the sliding laundry cupboard door which I inadvertently derailed was quick. Short of having a view of the harbour it was perfect and the benefits more than made up for any imagined regrets about that. Definitely a preferred stopover for Seattle.
This condo was excellent for us! We had up to 6 people during our stay and were very comfortable. The condo was quiet and we felt very safe. We had a 2am check in and Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals, and in particular Sally, made the process very easy. Sally provided excellent service ththroughout the stay. The condo is set up very well for vacation renting and it seemed like very detail had been thought of. The location of this property is excellent for downtown touring and shopping. I would love to stay there again!
