This tropically inspired 2 bed/2 bath villa is located in a secluded area of Vista Hermosa. Enjoy the lush landscaping from every window, as you decompress on the lanai. This oasis features 1,100 sq ft of spacious, comfortable living. Your paradise is a short walk across the road where the quartz sand and balmy breezes of Crescent beach await you. Entertainment, dining, and shopping are conveniently located around the corner. There is also a grocery store, drug store and post office in the same area.

There are many amenities that rival other units in the complex. Enjoy worry free vacationing with use of 2 bikes, beach towels/umbrellas/chairs and floats. WiFi, local phone service, 42" flat screens, dvd player and Nintendo Gamecube is available inside this remodeled retreat.

Lincoln Towncar "signature series" available to rent for guests staying >2 weeks. Must have proof of your own insurance.

Why The Owner chose Siesta Key

Best beach in all of Florida! Located on the south end of the key which is much more quiet/peaceful than the northern end yet still close enough to drive. Walking distance to crescent beach which isn't as crowded as the public beach and you don't have to worry about circling for a parking spot!

What makes this villa unique

The unit also has some extras for individuals with small children such as a pack and play, high chair, toddler seat on one of the bikes and a Nintendo GameCube with games. We can also suggest the name of a babysitter we regularly use (former daycare owner/nurses aid) while we are visiting so we can enjoy an adults night out.

There is a shopping plaza down the street which has a grocery store, Panera Bread, Blockbuster, Target (3 miles)

Siesta key is lovely and we enjoyed the area and all the restaurants and various activities. The villa was in a great area, however the villa was poorly maintained and appointed. We found one one shower had proper water pressure, one toilet had to be monitored or it would "run constantly, in addition the coffee maker leaked. We felt all the furniture was overused and in poor condition.
The owner has a car that can be rented for the month and we entered a contract, however the car proved to be unreliable with the "engine light" on at all times. The owner said that we should drive it anyway, but we chose not to as we were going some distance to visit friends. The owner was not helpful.

Perfect family beach vacation!

The villa was quite charming, my family was very impressed with my Siesta Key vacation destination choice. The villa was very close to the beach, and they had plenty of beach gear to take with you. My kids loved the beach, and the pool as did my husband and I. My 10 month old baby did great, she took many naps in the warm beach sun. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone! The location was great, the neighbors are friendly the food is good and the beach is BEAUTIFUL!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice, spacious condo! Beautiful tile floors throughout. Great open floor plan in living area with large lanai. Comes with two bikes and lots of beach equipment. Kitchen is nicely stocked. Master bedroom is spacious with private bath and large flat screen TV. The car for rent is great and very economical compared to rental companies. The pool and club house are nice. Water is heated nicely to 85 and there is water aerobics class is every day at 11. It's close to a little shopping area with several nice restaurants, fresh fish market and cute shops. The beach is a 10 minute walk. People here are very friendly.Nicest rental I've ever had!!

As first time visitors to Siesta Key, we absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay. The villa was clean and comfy and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. The use of the chairs, umbrella and beach toys was great - we didn't need to bring or buy anything. Our daughter loved her bedroom and we all loved the location. Great pizza at City Pizza which is only a short walk away and the beach access is really handy. The villa is located in a nice quiet part, but a short drive to the village if we wanted to go. This villa is perfect for families with smaller children and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks very much!

Again, we had a wonderful time! Easier to leave this time as summer will be beginning on Cape Cod...Check out Morton's Gourmet Market (Unbelievable) on Osprey Ave. and Simons Coffee House (Best veggie chips we've ever had) on S. Tamiami Tr. Also Bijou (Near Main St.Sarasota) Great upscale restaurant (reasonable prices, food amazing).
Can't wait to return in November. (Guest book entry)
