Surroundings:
Our spacious farm like property is located 770 m high at the village area of El Paso, at the edge of the national park 'Caldera de Taburiente'. These areas were formerly used for farming and are now large, spacious terraces. Our house is also located on the open country and stands the same as the vacation house on a terrace of its own. This way there is enough distance between both houses and the inhabitants will not see or hear each other if they don’t want to. You can be completely by yourself there. The estate is now a large garden with many exotic plants, which you don’t get to see every day. Enjoy here the fresh air of the mountains spiced up by the smell of the eucalyptus trees in the nearby surroundings. Because of the detached construction type on the village’s edge, there are no direct neighbors. A small village road runs next to the house, but it is only used by its inhabitants. Once in a while a herd of goats might pass by.

La Palma Island 'La isla Bonita', also referred to as the 'island of eternal spring' is a paradise for active vacationists and nature lovers. Its unique beauty can be seen by those who prefer going off the road and instead take the numerous unbelievable dreamlike paths. Different hiking and bicycling guidebooks will be helpful for this. The climate stays even throughout the whole year, the island remains an idyllic destination also during the summer because it seldom gets real hot. Our vacation house offers plenty room and comfort for 2 people (eventually also with 1 child in a crib) and is specially suitable for those vacationists who appreciate its convenient location regarding traffic and shot distance from many destinations and to the starting points for hiking and cycling tours.

Besides the direct flights to Santa Cruz de la Palma (SPC) there are also many arrival options on the nearby islands or Spain´s mainland and often for low prices.
