About the Villa: This charming waterfront modern villa was fully renovated in 2008 and is on water with dock on a private island in South Beach. It has a great pool, outdoor entertaining area, a private boat dock, 2 bedrooms plus a detached pool house and 3 full bathrooms. Centrally located on Palm Island, you are in close proximity to World Famous Lincoln Road, shops, night clubs, restaurants, Bal Harbour, Aventura, houses of worship, and the beach!

About Palm Island: Palm Island is a man-made island located in Biscayne Bay in the city of Miami Beach, Florida. Palm Island lies just south of Hibiscus Island. It is a residential area, the site of exclusive neighborhoods and multi-million dollar homes. The island is accessible via the MacArthur Causeway. It has had such notable residents as Al Capone and record producer Scott Storch.

About Miami Beach: Miami Beach is a fast growing, fashionable international hot-spot. Film and music stars, art-deco museums and shopping districts referred to as the '5th Avenue of the South' showcase the decadence and new-world architecture that lures thousands of visitors a year.

The house is close to libraries, Miami City Ballet, Jackie Gleason Theatre, the Convention Center, The Movie Theatre on Lincoln Road, golf courses, Ocean Drive, Nightclubs and Nightlife, and Bal Harbour and the Bal Harbour Shops.

Golf: Our home is minute away from some of Florida's best golfing. Try your skill at Fisher Island Club, La Gorce Country Club or The Miami Beach Golf Club in the heart of historic Miami Beach.

The house is amazing. We had the best time and having this home played a huge part in it. You ask, what could make Miami better than it already si??? I know!!!
