Wohnung fanden wir kalt vor und hohe Heizkosten

Grundlegend waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Warum wir allerdings nur 3 Sternchen in der Gesamtbewertung geben hängt damit zusammen, dass wir eine 12ºC kalte, nicht vorgeheizte Wohnung vorfanden. Diese konnten wir zwar beheizen, doch dauerte dieser Vorgang. Die Wohnung heizte sich pro Tag um etwa 1ºC auf. Somit war das Appartment nach einer Woche auf etwa 20ºC aufgeheizt. Erst nach 4 Tagen war es erträglich. Das Beheizen kostete einen Aufpreis von 118€. Das hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

Mooi verblijf aan het Comomeer

Het appartementencomplex heeft een perfecte ligging aan het Comomeer. Manager P. was heel vriendelijk en goed via WhatsApp bereikbaar. Alles was perfect geregeld. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. We komen zeker nog een keer terug!
