Furnished short term rental home - If you are coming to Colorado Springs or Monument, Colorado, we offer a cost effective alternative to a traditional or extended stay hotel for a month or longer visit. We ONLY RENT FOR ONE MONTH OR LONGER - if you are looking for a shorter stay please don't inquire. Our home is completely furnished and equipped, HOA maintained, and fairly priced. Just bring your toothbrush and clothes - we provide virtually EVERYTHING else. All utilities are included and our home includes air conditioning, high speed Internet access wired and wireless, cable TV with a 32' LCD TV in the living room, full size washer and dryer, and an attached garage. You will enjoy great views of the Front Range, close access to I-25 and all business and vacation spots and find that everything you need from groceries to gas to other services is only a very short distance away.

  • You can rent our home for a minimum of one month, or up to twelve months if needed. We offer price-breaks as the lease term increases. With rates starting as low as $62.47 per night depending on location and length of stay, we are much more cost effective than a hotel room and offer far more for your comfort and convenience!

Notes: Our home is completely furnished and equipped. There are high levels of decor items in our home, we keep furniture in top shape and replace if worn. Virtually everything you need is included - all you need to do is stop by a grocery store and bring your clothes and toothbrush. We do things other providers don't. On every check in every sleeping pillow is brand new and in the plastic it came in. We also change each shower liner on every check out. Our homes are spotlessly clean and we even touch up the paint covering every mark on every wall with each check out.
