The smoke-free condo has 2 full bathrooms with new tub and tile in the master bath. The bedroom has a queen bed with brand new bedding, and the living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa. Both rooms open onto the lanai, which runs the length of the unit - a perfect place to enjoy the view with a cup of Kona coffee or a cocktail.
Bedding, bath towels, and a collection of beach items (beach towels, cooler, bamboo mats, beach chairs, beach umbrella) are provided. For families with small children, items include plastic dishes, sand toys, puzzles, and a booster seat. The Maui Banyan's eight acres of manicured grounds include two swimming pool areas, each with a hot tub and several gas BBQ grills. Tennis courts are also available.

Our condo is located on the third floor of the H building in the Maui Banyan complex, on the north-facing (cooler) side. This centrally located building is convenient to the front desk, the lower pool and grill area, and the parking structure. Most importantly, it is just a short walk from the beach.
