4 bedrooms, 1 king+1 queen+4 twin and a queen sofabed, sleeps 10

Our VIlla is ideally located, 5 miles from Disney World and 2 miles from the highways. We are 2 miles from the 192, where you can find a lot of shopping and so many restaurants.

There is LCD TV and DVD in every bedroom with cable(game consoles in two bedrooms) and a large 42' LCD TV in the family room also with DVD

A private pool with a solar heating system, electrical heating is also available for the pool.

Lots of leather, wood and natural stone for the furnitures (marble and slate table top , leather chairs and sofa).
Nearest Airport : Orlando airport (MCO) at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach : Cocoa Beach or Clearwater beach (Tampa) at 50 Miles

The Villa is ideally located , 5mi. from Walt Disney World resort.

The Terra Verde gated community is also very quiet, but also located near (2 mi.) many major restaurant and shopping.

There's also lots of other attractions nearby. Universal Studios, Gatorland and many more.

Wonderful House!

I stayed with my family in November/12, it was our first time to rent a house in Orlando wich was a good surprise for us. The house is so great, safe and clean. The owner is a great person and all electronics worked.The pictures shows exatly the house, in the next time we'll rent this house.

A great home

A great villa on a great resort....!!

Ideally located within the resort ( just a 30 second walk to the resort pool ) and the resort itself is ideal for Disney and other parks being only 10 minutes away...

The home itself is fantastic, very clean, spacious and with everything you would expect for a vacation, as well as a great pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The pool also has solar heating so you can save some money on Pool heating also. There were only 4 of us but this house would easily sleep 8 and still be comfortable...

Overall we would certainly come back to this villa because of all of the above reasons plus the owner ( Danny ) was very quick in responding to e-mails, questions etc which I think helped us to have an even better vacation.

escribo en español para gente de mi lengua.
La casa está muy bien amoblada, todo de primera calidad, en verdad no falta prácticamente nada, está todo pensado. Muy buena distribución, no lo calificamos de excelente sólo porque para el número de camas tal vez le falta otro baño.
Se nota que Danny ha invertido en su villa, cocina completamente equipada, camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y muy bien mantenido. Eramos 7 personas, 6 noches, con niños entre 13 y 25, que encontraron todo perfecto. Muy de acuerdo a lo anunciado, no tuvimos ninguna sorpresa desagradable.
Absolutamente recomendable para familia con hijos de cualquier edad!

We loved our stay!

"We loved our stay! It has more than enough room for our family of 4. Our kids liked that they each had their own bedroom. The kitchen is very nice and has plenty of dishes, utensils, you name it! The refrigerator is large, which was nice for our groceries and drinks for our stay.
The clubhouse pool is really, really nice. We enjoyed lots of time cooling off in it.
Very close to lots of restaurants and stores. It did not take long to drive to The Magic Kingdom.
We may just have to stay here again!"
