Additional information about rental rates

  • for paypal payments add 3%
  • This house is available by the week or by the month, with a one week minimum (shorter stays may be available -- please inquire). Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days. A cleaning fee of $150 is charged for each two weeks of stay or portion. We require a $500 refundable security deposit with your full payment. A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is required by 30 days prior to start of reservation.
  • PayPal payments require 3% fee
