My husband and I needed a vacation, so looked on vrbo and found this condo. We absolutely love it. The ocean view is spectacular. It was so calming sitting out on balcony and looking at the ocean. We run an RV Park right in the heart of Smokey Mountains. So we are surrounded by mountain view, so this was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the condo. First it was immaculate. Cleanest place we have stayed at for a long time. Everything we needed was in the condo. We enjoyed all the local resturants. Talked with the owner on the phone and he was extremely friendly. Only bad thing is we have to leave. All the property in the area was well groomed and so pretty. Felt good knowing it was a private resort with security to get into. I would defintely recommend this place to anyone. Hoping to get back down soon. I am recovering from total knee replacement, so couldn't do any walking, so this was perfect, I could watch everyone walking on the beach, and with the view, could lay back and relax. The owner was helpful by e-mailing me some resturants that were good. We found that Hucks LO Country
Table was delicious, also Sea Biscuit for breakfast, and Mustard Seed in MT Pleasant. The weather was really good for 5 days, but turned cold last 2, which we didn't mind, because it was so much colder in Sevierville TN. But for those who are looking for a great place to stay, I definately can recommend Shipwatch, we were on the 3rd floor, but elevator was right at us, so not much walking to get to our unit. Unit 303A great!
