This beautiful condo (renovated) can not be beat for location, quality, comfort and value. Not at the Canyons or Kimbell Junction. This is Park City for real. Click on comments from past guests. Great Hot tub in the atrium open to the sky and stars. Hot tub functional all year, unlike others. California King bed in master; queen and full size roll away bed in second bedroom; queen sleeper in living room. Private washer & dryer in unit. This condo has fireplace, balcony with partial ski run views, 2 TV's (cable); VCR, DVD and CD players; Radios. Full kitchen with all appliances,dishes, pots, etc.. Dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, full size refrigerator and range. All linens provided. Not on first floor (first floor is like a basement for it's 1/2 underground). Condo is on 2nd floor.

This is a NO SMOKING condo. This condo has fireplace, balcony with partial ski run views, 2 TV's (cable); VCR, DVD and CD players; radios. Full kitchen with all appliances,dishes, pots, etc., coffee pot, microwave, full size refrigerator and range. All linens provided. WiFi for your laptop. Great outdoor hot tub a few seconds away. Underground parking for one vehicle.

3 minute(flat, no hills)walk to Park City Mountain Ski Resort lifts and lift ticket office. Or hop on the free bus shuttle to resort center, Deer Valley, the Canyons or Olde Town. The bus-stops on Deer Valley Road were snowed under last year, our bus-stop to Deer Valley (which runs every 10 minutes) was always accessible for it is in the high frequency zone and always cleared. Condo is centrally located for Sundance Film Festival Events and on shuttle route. Two large sport shops across the street. Albertson's within walking 2 blocks. Don't hassle driving and trying to find parking (often at a fee).

This comfortable, spacious, fully-equipped condo is located close to Park City Mountain Ski Resort (Not the Canyons or Kimble Junction location). Walk to ski lifts, Albertson's Grocery Store, movie theaters and sport shops; or take the free bus just outside of condo. Cross-country ski trail is across the street. Relax in the shared atrium hot tub open to sky (available all year round-not true of most). The shuttle bus stops often just outside your condo. Take it to go to the Historical Downtown for dinner and night life. Or cross the street for Cross Country Skiing and shopping. No need for a car; don't hassle about parking downtown or near lifts. Free bus shuttle also takes you to Deer Valley Ski Resort and the Canyons (both two and a half miles). Buses also run all the way to Kimble Junction (if you want to have a bus ride or take your bike). Buses carry skis and bikes.

Ski: 3 minute walk to Park City Mountain Ski Resort. Free bus shuttle to Deer Valley and the Canyons just outside the condo. Ski and snowboard locker just outside front door. Also ski storage inside.

Great Place! Walk (about 3 minutes) to Park City or grab the shuttle outside your door. Underground private parking... great layout... Hot tub outside the door... Starbucks! and a couple ski shops within a few hundred feet and the grocery store about a 1/4 mile away... Felt like home... did NOT want to leave.. lol.

Owner was fabulous... easy transaction.. what more do you want?

Owner's Response: It is important to me that my guest have a great time, appreciate the value, location, condition of my one and only condo. I rent it out only for a few weeks, to cover some of the expenses. I do not make money. I do not use a property management company, for they want 40 to 60%!! Their service is not necessary better than dealing may be far away and never has been in Park City or to the condo. I know my condo and can answer any questions about it. I have owned and managed the condo myself for years. I had been through several cleaning services and handy men the first few years, but my current (now for 3 years) cleaning service is the best. I don't think I ever received a negative comment. I have been renovating and improving the condo each summer. It is a great deal.

The location and price were perfect. We decided to use the shuttle this year. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The place was nice, comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely return.

Can't wait to get back. My family visited during February, 2008. This was a great condo with great location. It was very clean and comfortable. Linens great quality, other extras like foot bath and spa towels added to the experience. Lots of TV channels unlike other places I stayed in area. Buses are very frequent-didn't wait longer than 4min and usually less than 2-unbelievable-buses get there where cars,SUVs were stuck in traffic and snow drifts. Bus stops along the way to Deer Valley were snowed under so we were glad we didn't stay closer to DV, even though we preferred skiing there. The bus stop from the condo was very well maintained for it's on Park Avenue. Hop on the bus and relax all the way to the ski resort. No hassle with driving or parking. Condo very close to Albertson's. We enjoyed the short walk. Coles sports shop is directly across the street-great for the ski rentals.

This is an excellent condo! As others have stated, the location is very good. Underground parking is a nice plus. The condo itself is very nicely decorated, roomy and has much more storage space than many we have previously rented. Many considerate additions, like "pool" towels and flip-flops for the short trek down to the jacuzzi, make you feel at home. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a wonderful family vacation over the Christmas holidays! All six of us were very comfortable and enjoyed all the extras that were provided. We loved the close proximity to everything we needed. It was a great vacation and we hope to stay again!
