Beautifully decorated second floor unit with over 1,850 square feet of living space and an attached 1 car garage. This unit is just steps from the pool. Located in the gated community-Colonial Country Club. The property includes a Championship 18 hole golf course, a fitness center, 2-1/4 mile walking trail through a nature preserve, restaurant, snack grill, and lighted tennis courts. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The den has a sports theme and includes a queen size sofa bed and television. The eat-in kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, table w/ 4 chairs and a breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6. The great room which has plenty of seating on the reclining sectional sofa, leads to the spacious enclosed lanai overlooking a lake. This condo has all the comforts of home including washer and dryer, linens, cooking utensils, dishes etc. We're sure you will enjoy your stay.
