Come relax and have fun in a charming split level home in the Pendleton Cove area of Lake Winnipesaukee. This comfortable home is less than 1/10 of a mile from private Pendleton Beach, 2 miles from Weirs Beach and 15 minutes from Gunstock Mountain. This 3 bedroom home with 1 queen and 2 full size beds and futon bunkbed sleeps 8 adults comfortably. It is a great home for family vacations or quiet weekends away. A small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 of the bedrooms on the lower level is great for in-laws or a second couple to have their own space. Enjoy private Pendleton Beach a family friendly beach with picnic tables with umbrellas, locked storage shed for water toys and chairs, restrooms, tennis court and daydock. The amenities for this home include a fully equipped kitchen, large backyard, gas grill, large fully windowed 3 season room that includes a large table and much more! Come and enjoy!

Thank you for a wonderful vacation! The beach was perfect for my three children - they had so much fun building sand castles and playing in the water! The house was perfect for our family - the house is very clean and cared for, we felt very welcome! We had fun at the Weirs, the drive in, go carts & the kids favorite FunSpot.

Hoping to come back again next year!

Access to a great sandy beach about a minute walk away. The property was clean and well-maintained. The kids loved the bunk beds. Also, close to Weirs Beach and FunSpot.
