Charming Condo

This charming condo combines traditional Mexico with modern electronics. Staff are both polite and helpful when you need them and anonymous the rest of the time (which we liked). You cannot get closer to the beach and hear the soothing ebb and flow of the Pacific. A superb base for Old Town and Downtown PV. Would we stay again? Absolutely!!!

Location, location, location Plus...

This was our sixth visit to Puerto Vallarta and each time my husband and I have stayed at a different place. Gary's condo is in THE best location yet....close to our favourite restaurants, the Malecon, right in the heart of things in old town PV. Add to that a beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed, roomy shower, great service, and you're all set. Gary was a delight to deal with, responding promptly to any questions we had. We loved it and hope to be back again next year for our 7th visit to PV. Thanks Gary!

Hidden Gem on Los Muertos

This really is a hidden gem! This condo is exactly as described by Gary - clean, comfortable, charming and with all the amenities you need or want, not to mention the fantastic location steps away from Los Muertos beach. We had a great stay - staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the condo is very quiet and peaceful. We have been coming to PV for 15 years and stayed at various spots, but this rates as our new favourite and will definitely return and will highly recommend to all we know. Thanks Gary for a great spot to recharge our batteries. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Always spectacular

This was my fourth stay here and it never fails, it is always spectacular, never disappointing! The condo is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. However, the list just doesn't seem to do it justice: one sunset on the patio and you will know what I mean. Muchas gracias un otero vez. I most definitely will be back!

Great Condo and Location

Gary's condo is terrific and a perfect location. Sit out on the patio and watch the sunset over the water. Maid service is terrific and the staff is very nice and helpfull. Easy access to the beach without going out onto the streets and the wife enjoyed the convenience of a close restroom back in the condo. Terrific restaurants within walking distance and Andele's bar at night is a hoot. Can't get any better than this.
