Stay at this well appointed ground-floor condo with covered parking, within walking distance to Avon Rec. Center, restaurants, and bike trails. Avoid parking fees at Beaver Creek and Vail and take the free shuttle service right from the condo's parking lot!

Our condo is located on the north side of Nottingham Lake in Avon, Colorado. A park with sand volleyball, soccer fields, ice skating (in winter) and biking/walking/rollerblading paths is located right out our front door. The Avon Rec Center is located a few blocks east, and the gondola to Beaver Creek is located just to the south of Nottingham Lake.
