Best described as a 'Fantastic home for a great family vacation' This beach block home has central air, full washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all the rooms and a professionally landscaped yard. The first floor offers an open floor plan with a kitchen and living room. The living room also has a large flat screen and DVD player. Also on the first floor a full bath with tub enclosure and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other bedroom/sitting room has a queen size futon. This room is also great during the day as an additional sitting room with sliding doors out to the back deck. The second floor has two large master bedroom suits with bathrooms and the washer/dryer . The front master bedroom offers cathedral ceilings with access to the front deck to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. The grounds of the home are fenced in on three sides for your privacy, a JenAir grill and patio furniture. Also outside hot/cold shower!

  • New Years Special: Rent Adjoining Weeks - Deduct 10% off rental fee only. No security deposit.
  • No Rentals to minors or groups under the age of 27
    No pets and No smoking allowed for the benefit of all our guests.
    Check in on Saturday at 2pm and check out on Saturday at 10am.
  • Cleaning Fee: $100.00.

    Other Fees: Security Deposit of $400.00 Returned Upon Inspection within 30s Days of Checkout.

    Deposits: 1/3 of rental. Final payment is due 30 days prior to stay.

    Cancellation/Refund Policy: Up to 90 days in advance refund of deposit. 60 days 50%refund of deposit.
    After 60 days loss of deposit
    If renting for two or more weeks together please contact me for details regarding Cancellation/Refund policy, cleaning fee, and security deposit.
