3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, Sleeps 6 (MAX)

Our Barefoot Resort Villa is relatively new to the rental market. It is tastefully decorated with high end furniture and fixtures. Not your typical 'beachy' decor.

It features a Large Master Suite with King size bed and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom is also large and features a queen size bed. The Third bedroom features 2 full size beds.

Our unit has WI-FI Internet and Cable TV which takes advantage of the flat panel LCD TV.

Unlike many Barefoot properties called Golf Villas, Resort Villas feature a Keypad building entry system, elevators and interior hallways for increased security.

Our unit also has a front door keypad entry feature makes access easy and hassle free. No keys to deal with or lose.

Our Unit: Our Villa was built in 2006 and has been used as our personal vacation home We recently (2009) decided to share our home with you. All furnishings are high end and the unit has been tastefully decorated. We have treated our home with loving care and hope that you will do the same.

This second floor unit is accessible by elevator and we have provided a luggage cart for your convenience.

We have broadband wireless internet access for those who bring a laptop and feel the need to work or surf.

We have provided all linens and beach towels as well as a Luggage Cart for your convenience. No stairs to climb like many Barefoot condos.

Golf: In case you didn't know, Barefoot Resort boasts 4 of the best courses in the Myrtle Beach Area. These were designed by Love, Norman, Fazio and Dye and are beautiful. Carts all have GPS and I am sure you will find them both beautiful and challenging. Our unit is on the Norman Course, hole number 11.

My Condo is located in Barefoot resort. This community is quiet and peaceful, yet very close to lots of great shopping, restaurants and beaches.

Great Experience for First Time Visitors

We just returned from vacation in Myrtle Beach and we were very fortunate to be able to stay in this condo. It was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our week's stay! The location is convenient to the beach and surrounding shops and restaurants but far enough away from all the "chaos" associated with the beach such as traffic! The resort is very well maintained and secure and the pool was right across the road from this condo. All in all, it is a great place to rent and I would highly recommend this rental to everyone who is considering a trip to Myrtle Beach. The owner was great to work with and went out of his way to be sure we enjoyed our stay....thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We hope to return in the future and will definitely book here first if possible!

Wonderful Comfortable Villa!

A rather quick opportunity to travel to Myrtle Beach presented itself recently. With not much time to search for a place to stay for the week I noticed all the wonderful reviews regarding Pete and his villa, and I just had to contact him to find out more. Well the reviews were spot on; Pete is warm, friendly and willing to help answer any questions about his villa and the surrounding area. The villa is tastefully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. The villa is very spacious, clean and well kept. We loved having breakfast or an evening cocktail on the balcony. The villa is located in a very nice and safe location and right across from the pool—a bonus! We had such a wonderfully relaxing stay at Pete’s villa and we highly recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a comfortable, clean, and safe place. Thanks Pete, we hope to stay at your wonderful villa in the future!

Never grow tired of Myrtle

This villa was absolutely perfect for our party! It is a very quiet, secure building; Bedrooms were large and clean. The owner provides a lot of the "necessities" (i.e. dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, TP, spices, paper towels, etc) with the villa so that you don't have to worry about packing or buying more when you arrive! Pete was very communicative with us regarding the process of booking the villa as well as during our stay which made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Wish we were still there.... Would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful get away!

My family had a wonderful time at this villa. There is a good amount of space and it is very clean and well kept. Overlooking the golf course with plenty of privacy on the porch/balcony. It is in a quiet area so there was not a lot of noise nor traffic, close to many area attractions very easy to get to and also, right accross from the community pool, great for quick easy access. The owner was great to work with and available for all our needs. We have definitely found our spot that we will return to if available.

We had a great time and staying here at this villa made it even better. Roomy, clean and very comfortable. This is definatetly a place we will stay again.
