We think you'll find this newly remodeled property perfect for both summer and winter vacation fun. It offers a quiet location on a wooded acre lot, yet is only a three minute walk from the Waterville Estates recreation center which offers 2 indoor and 1 outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped exercise room, tennis courts and a pond with a sand beach and activities for the kids. Rental includes unlimited use of the center and discount ski lift tickets are also available. Relax afterward in the sauna or jacuzzi or just head down to the bar for snacks and a beverage. As a gateway to the White Mountains National Forest we are within a 15-20 minute drive to the major Waterville Valley, Loon and Cannon Mountain ski areas; the Owl's Nest and other championship golf courses; hiking on the Appalachian and other mountain trails, mountain biking, kayaking, canoeing and fishing - or just kick back and relax with a book or explore the many great local restaurant and shopping possibilities.
