Payment: Booking deposit (non-refundable) is due immediately to hold the date. Upon receipt of booking deposit, a rental agreement will be mailed to you. Rental payment along with $500 refundable security deposit is due in full with signed rental agreement 30 days in advance. Keys will be overnighted to you.

Annual Rental: Annual Rental is available begining in mid-April. Please contact me for rate information.
