The famous Brewster beaches are 2 miles away and parking is no problem with your beach sticker. Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun, swimming etc. or long walks or clamming on the famous Brewster salt flats as the tide moves out. The Cape Cod bike trail for walking, running or biking is 4/10 mile away. Your family will love the homey feel of this house. The family home sleeps six people comfortably in three private bedrooms.

The sliding glass doors lead to a large private deck with table and chairs plus built in bench seating overlooking a large backyard, and lots of charm. The deck has a partial cover for those that prefer shade. Other features include; a garage for your car, an outdoor shower for after the beach, three cable TVs, VCR/DVD, CD player, and washer and dryer in the basement. New pillows, new sheets, and new towels provided in this 1,600 square foot expanded cape. For those that want to stay connected, there is wireless internet. Beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided. This bright, lovely, quiet and traditional Cape Cod setting and the area features something for everyone.
