  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one nights rent .For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior arrival there is a fee of two nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior arrival.

We had a nice stay in Arizona in this great home! The beds were very comfortable and the view of the desert mountain was wonderful through the back sliders. My only advice is that it would be nice to have some dressers in the bedrooms. The closets did have a few shelves for clothes and that helped. The living room couch was amazing! A television in every bedroom was very nice too. Not too far to drive to Lake Pleasant . No curb parking is allowed in the neighborhood but the driveway was very large along with the huge 3 car garage. Do not hesitate to rent this lovely home. Thanks again for everything Ruth and Hank! We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifull house.
Everything was perfect and the mountain view backjard a dream come true. So relaxing....
Grocery stores, Restaaurants at the Happy Valley Mall with a brand new theater where only 5 minutes away.
Perfect !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
