This is the perfect alternative to a hotel. Very private setting taking up an entire 2nd floor, overlooking the lush tropical landscaping and pool area. This wonderful property was totally restored/renovated recently to all all of the modern conveniences that we all like, while retaining the old Florida charm. It is located several blocks from Downtown Fort Lauderdale and a block from the New River. Blocks from the Broward Center for Performing Arts, the famous Las Olas strip, museums and much more. The airport and port are about 10-15 minutes away. The beach is 3.5 miles to the East. The property is gated and secure.
