Our listing is for the entire home 1600+ sqft. 3 bedroom, including the backyard with a private pool (heated effective 02/15/2021* contact host for details). For those unfamiliar with Arizona's weather, the constant sunshine can be deceiving in terms of pool temperature. The swim season is typically from June-September. This is when the outdoor temperature remains warm enough overnight to keep the pool at a comfortable swimming temperature. For rentals that occur between October 1st-end of May, most guests will find they require a pool heater to swim comfortably.

The home features high ceilings in the living room and new furnishings. We provide essentials such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath/shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. We also have a pack n play for the littles (located in the Arrow room closet).

Our 3 bedroom home is sparkling clean and comfortable. It welcomes you with tile floors on the first floor, a fresh kitchen and breakfast bar with granite counter tops. The home is well stocked with the supplies you will need to make meals and do laundry. We provide a Keurig, coffee pods, a small coffee pot, dishes, cooking supplies, toaster, instant pot & blender.
