This turnkey luxury designer home has been featured in several magazine and house tours. Located in a private community, this home has a huge deepwater lagoon in the backyard that can accommodate a boat up to approximately 45'. Swimming and kayaking off the back deck. Approximately 6 houses from the beach. Watch the sunset from the screened in porch, enjoy breakfast on the back deck overlooking the water, walk to the beach. Beach chairs and beach badges provided (shovels and buckets, too!). This home is the perfect luxury retreat! Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
