Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. It has a large entry with storage, one half bath in the hall and full size washer and dryer. Bedding is as follows: Master bedroom King, 2nd Master King, 3rd bedroom Queen, 4th has two twin beds. All bedrooms have a flat panel TV and the master has a DVD player. All bedrooms have a full bath. Your unit is equipped with linens and towels. You will receive a starter set of paper towels, soap and toilet paper.

From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.

Since this unit is brand new and will be furnished in late November the photos have been taken without furnishings. Please see one of our other units (under see my other listings) to get an ideal of how it will be furnished. Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 leather sofas, and a large 50 inch plasma screen TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, stereo system and ice-maker complement the living area. The patio features a large 8 setting patio table and two comfortable chase, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Met with 6 friends Feb 26 - Mar 1, 2009 in this OUTSTANDING condo! If you're looking for a classy, comfortable, relaxed environment - this condo is the best!
Although it was a condo, it was so spacious, it felt like a home. There is a view from every single room and light streamed in every morning which was quite invigorating - no need for an alarm clock! It was so great to deal with the owner of this condo who was extremely responsive and gave me a great deal. We had such a great time, we decided to make this an annual trip. Thank you so much Kelly - Phoenix West is the best!

Great place, great view.

This place has it all and is right on the beach. Kids will love it! With pools, slide, lazy river, BIG indoor pool and lots of beach.

TV's in every room.

We stayed at your condo during Mardi Gras and absolutely loved it. The parade passed right in front of the condo. Everything was very accessible and kid friendly. The views were breathtaking and being directly on the beach was a definate plus. We will be back to stay in the future. Thank you.

This condo is truely the nicest condo I have ever been to. The view was amazing every morning and every night there was a beautiful sunset. I loved the openness to the family room and the seclusion of the bedrooms. I will definetely be coming back to this particular one. =)
