Air conditioned - brand new - internet - swimming pool- golf steps from door - lake nearby - water slide park - yacht club. This lovely home is located on Walden Golf Course between two fairways, and was built in 2007. It is nestled in among native Texan wild trees and shrubbery. The square footage is a perfect size for a vacation home 1611 square feet. It has been lavishly decorated with imported furnishings and original artwork. The master suite has a king size canopy bed with a memory foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have: #1 a queen bed, #2 two twin beds. The three bedrooms spoil and invite you and your loved ones to cuddle up for a quiet night's sleep in this secluded home. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
