Welcome to this conveniently located Northstar townhouse in Gold Bend. *Walk to all the amenities or catch a bus to the ski area. *Large living room with central fireplace (firewood provided) with sliding doors to furnished deck with beautiful views east to the mountains. *The dining area seats 8 comfortably and the remodeled rustic kitchen includes 4 counter stools for breakfast. *The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, separate master bath, and additional in-room sink/vanity. *There is a separate downstairs guest bedroom has sliding doors to secluded second deck. *The children's' bunk room has 2 bunk beds with ladders and will sleep 4 happy kids. *The downstairs full bath has a shower over tub. *Parking 10 feet from the front door-no long walks with heavy suitcases! *New washer and dryer in unit

Northstar at Tahoe is an all seasons resort. It is located near Lake Tahoe and the quaint town of Truckee, formerly a railroad and mining town. Just east of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, it is overlooking the Martis Valley with great fishing nearby. Winter activities include downhill skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, ice skating, inner tube sledding, and horsedrawn sleigh rides. The recreation center is open with large hot tubs and fitness center. Tr y a new restaurant each night, you won't run out! Summer activities include mountain biking, with free chairlift rides to the top of the mountain with your bike, hiking (on the Tompkiins Memorial Trail and the Tahoe Rim Trail), swimming and hot tubing at the Recreation Center. Go whitewater rafting on the Truckee River! There is a children's playground and supervised crafts and games, tennis, outdoor roller skating, movies, golf (18 hole, par 72, 6781 yds), bungee trampoline.
