This new construction home is a waterfront home on beautiful New Found Lake with breath taking views in a very quiet area. A 5 second walk to the private association beach. The open concept kitchen, living room and dining area make family gatherings more enjoyable. There is a walk out basement which is also game room . A mooring for boaters and a garage for storage (cars,snowmobiles, kayaks etc.).

Location: Lakes Region < New Hampshire < USA

From rt 93 it is exit 23, in any direction you go you can go golfing, skiing, hiking,biking,sightseeing,climbing, swimming, boating, kayaking, hunting. There are many other attractions such as polar caves, Storyland. Weirs beach, arcades, water slide, drive in movie theater only a 20-30 min drive. Plenty of other activities with a little research.
