The property is located between Santa Monica and Malibu in an upscale residential neighborhood within walking distance of the village center with its numerous shops and dining opportunities. The very private 900 sq. ft.unit is perched like a treehouse with balcony and numerous windows to savor the light. View sunset over the Pacific Ocean at the Palisades Bluffs a few blocks west, or explore wild nature in Temescal Gateway Park, across Sunset Blvd. to the north. Opportunities for shopping, dining, and other fun things are walking distance from this fully renovated hideaway. Will Rogers House is nearby as is Will Rogers State Beach. Santa Monica with its numerous cinemas, dining and famous amusement pier, is located ten minutes south. The Getty Museum and UCLA are fifteen minutes east along Sunset Blvd. Drive north along Pacific Coast Highway to Malibu and its rugged coastline.

The property was beautiful, very comfortable patio, interior was tastefully decorated. Location is very close to the ocean and to parks with hikes that were interesting to us New Yorkers, a short (by LA standards) drive to UCLA which we were visiting. The proprietors were professional and considerate. I recommend it highly.
