This Magnificent Condo is situated in an attractive Courtyard with it's own Private Patio facing the POOL and SPA right in front of you... In fact, Our Complex is the only one in The Gaslamp Quarter that have outside Patios !!!! The 3rd. floor is the Main attraction of the Complex with a state of the art Fitness Center, a Private Sun Deck, and an urban-park Courtyard surrounding the Pool and Spa .. All of these facilities are available to renters.........

Just park your car in one of the two private parking spaces in the underground parking facility. Walk out the Condo door, and you are right in the middle of all the Downtown Activities. No need to Drive .. You are able to walk to all the Downtown Attractions, such as, Petco Park for a Major League Baseball Game, the Convention Center across the street, up the street to Horton Plaza, around the corner to 'Seaport Village' .

The gourmet Kitchen has Granite Counters, with an eating Bar opening into the Living Area, Stainless Steel built in Micro Wave, stainless Steel self-cleaning gas range and oven, Stainless Steel double door Refrigerator with Ice Maker, and Stainless Steel Dish washer .. ALL are top of the line 'Whirlpool' Appliances. Rich will also spoil his quests with a Big Screen LCD television and DVD-VCR-CD electronic equipment in the front room for their viewing and listening pleasure... We round out the good sized front room with a very comfortable sofa and matching chair, along with coffee and end tables..

Great condo in Gaslamp!

This condo suited our needs perfectly! The accommodations were very clean, comfortable, quiet but very convenient to everything. We swam in the pool, exercised in the fitness center and walked to grocery shopping, Horton Plaza, convention center, Seaport Village and some delicious restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. The owner was friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
