views and beach: This condo is just so relaxing you feel like you are at home. all new appliances for the kitchen / full size washer and dryer discount mall/flea markets. A huge outlet mall off of 75 restaurants and grocery stores nearby. there. is also a golf course, boat rental . You can even go to a movie everything close by..T he beach is an island only 7 miles long. oh by the way you can even take a boat to the keys for a day or gamble on the big m . I am about 21/2 hours from disney world. by the way YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS BOATS CLOSE BY . beach is awesome and private next to 2 ;million dollar homes thats the low end. we are on the quiet part of the beach with easy access off to go to bonita fort myers naples. we are a small 24 unit building and have a beautiful white beach about 1000 feet from the building to the gulf we have a privAte beach with tiki huts chairs and a heated pool, with a gas grill. and views that are incrediable. the sunsets in the evening is AWESOME BEACH

AND 1200 booths in fort myers off 75 . there is lots of golf courses, boat rental restaurants and many other things to do.. i know that you will love it THERE IS A PUBLIC GOLF COURSE/RESTAURANTS/DINNING RIGHT UP THE STREET THERE IS THE KEYWEST EXPRESS/GAMBLING BOAT RIGHT ON THE BEACH YOU CAN GO TO THE GAMBLING BOAT GOES TO INTERNATIONAL WATERS .THERE IS ALOT OF NIGHTLIFE AND SHIOPS ALSO AT THE NORTH END OF THE BEACH,. Just a short walk, to the north, is a natural sand bar which is approximately two miles long, for shelling, bird-watching or a sunset stroll. Lovers Key State Park is just across Big Carlos Pass where you can rent a kayak or a boat and walk for m iles on the pristine, white sandy beach. Just minutes to shopping and dining at Santini Plaza, Marina, Pharmacy and Golf Course. Don't feel like driving, the local trolley is always available to take you from one end of the Island to the other ! of what they are and we have beautiful beaches close to naples sanibel island and marco island. and we are an island with alot to do for familes couples honeymoons

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our four weeks at this lovely apartment. Our weather was ideal and the unit comfortable and pleasant. The view is amazing. Whenever we needed anything, the owner and rental agent were on top of it in a very pleasant manner. As the previous reviewer said, we recommend this unit highly but please don't touch our weeks!

The Perfect Place!

We LOVE this condo! The condo is extremely clean and well cared for. The owner, Sharon, is wonderful to do business with. We will continue to rent from her. The location at the south end is quiet and relaxing. We were still availble to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the north end easily. I would absolutely recommend this property to friend and family as long as they didn't take my interested weeks! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Place

We cannot say enough about our wonderful stay here, it was like a window into Heaven. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, had the beach and pool to ourselves. Enjoyed the amazing view of beach and boats quietly going by. Sharon (owner) was so accomodating, considerate and helpful, as was her agent Tonya. Everything and anything you need is close by, without feeling crowded or busy. Kids were crying when it was time to leave (me too!) We definitely want to come back to this beautiful place!

Wow! What A View!

My wife and I were looking for a beautiful, relaxing spot to enjoy the beach. We found that and more at "Paradise on the Beach". From the lanai or the wide open, clean beach the view was so soothing that we often just sat enjoying the view. This lower end of Fort Meyers Beach is quiet and encourages long, romantic walks with few people, but many sea birds of various types to accompany you.. "Times Square", the hot spot on Fort Meyers beach was close enough for fun but far enough for serenity when we wanted it. I wish that I could have something negative to say about our experience so that we could keep the secret to ourselves. However the truth is that we could not have been more pleased with our experience. The owner took special interest in our stay. The agent, Amy, was on top of everything. Do we feel that we enjoyed our stay? Need I say more?
