Great Location! Walk to beach and Doc's beach house from this 3 bedroom, 3 bath Single family home located on the bay. Enjoy sunrise views from the back lanai and sunsets in the sky from the front porch. 10,000 lb. boat lift and dock on the bay for your boating pleasure. Enjoy wildlife; bottlenose dolphin, manatee, egret, pelican, heron, osprey, bald eagle. Bikes available, please inquire. Other features include Flat-TV's in three rooms, Internet Access (W-lan) side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, crib. Laundry room and 3rd bedroom suite on first floor, front balcony faces west to the Gulf and back lanai faces east over the bay, West facing lanai is screened-in and has table that seats 6 for outdoor dining. Inside dining table seats 8. The beach services just across the street on the beach include rentals for chairs, umbrellas, aqua cycles, and hobiecat sailboats, waverunners.

I have to say that is house was everything it was advertised to be. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The house is lovely and would definately stay again. Very close to beach, boat lift and access to the gulf worked out great. The views are also very nice. Plenty of very nice restaurants and shopping in the area. I highly recommend this house and area.

Thank you for making our stay as wonderful as it was.
