The Guest Bungalow:
The guest bungalow is situated away from the main house just off the large lawn. It is included with the rental of the property. It contains two very private rooms each with stunning ocean views and wide-opening French doors and windows: your guests or family members will feel like they have their own little 'house' within the grounds. Each room has its own private outdoor access (no hallways), DirecTV flat-screens, quiet air conditioning/heating and even its own small sink and dressing area. There is a large, well designed bathroom in-between containing a private shower room (the shower itself has a window that opens right out to the sea!) , private toilet room and a shared general sink area. Three can be in it and not even know the other is there!
The Gardens and Pavilions:
In addition to the expansive lawn and manicured gardens, you will find terraces below with several spots to hang about. We have two white canvas pavilions on two separate terraces. One is furnished like a living room and even has its own hidden hot-air heating system to keep you toasty even on cold nights.
The other has a super-sized bed where you can sleep, rest, read or sit about! There is another terrace with an outdoor dining table for 8 still another terrace with 4 chez-lounges on it. There are 3 fountains and enchanting hanging lanterns throughout.
All the Modern Comforts:
Although we love and have almost every modern convenience you may want, most are hidden so you feel more fully transported back to another era! In addition to all the things listed above, the entire house lighting can be controlled at the touch of a single button!
You can instantly create romantic “all lights dim scenes” at sunset or press “every light off” when you leave or go to bed. Easy. Convenient. Fast! Yet each room also has ordinary light switches for those who prefer. The internet/Wi-Fi is at T-1 speeds (very very fast!). We have a fax/scanner/printer. The computer is in the living room on the desk: the one modern technology visible! We did this as we find people enjoy seeing the ocean, watching the TV, being with their friends and mainly while in the great-room (and not hidden away alone in an office).

Close to several important Golf Courses including Pelican Hill, Big Canyon and others--please Google for up-to-date listings and availability.
