The apartment is on the third floor, with easy access to an elevator or the stairs. There is a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. TV and DVD player in the master bedroom and a 42 inch TV along with a DVD player in the living room. For your convenience, a stack-able washer/dryer is located in the apartment. Ample parking available. Fully stocked kitchen, just bring your culinary skills or get somebody to do it for you for a fee.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. View/Location Oceanfront: This unit has a spectacular view!
