Confused by recent negative review
The negative review I just read in no way my represents my stay at this property.
I was certain this was for some other place and appeared here my mistake.
When I realize it was indeed the same property I had rented in April that same year, the only conclusion I came to was there must be some reason why anyone would misrepresent their stay there.
Nothing I read was true of my experience.
From the time I pulled into the driveway and walked in this beautiful Well-Kept home I knew I had made the right decision to rent this property. It exceeded my exspectations.
The home was one of the most inviting and relaxing places I've every rented in all my many travels.
I've had experinces with renting some of my own properties and discovered early on that some people are never satisfied and love to find fault. It's obvious the writers of that review spent far too much time
finding problems and not enjoying there vacation..
I agree that having a problem with the pool heater would be a bummer, but did they think he did that on purpose?? It's not always easy to get a serviceman for repairs these days.
It sounds as though he addressed the problem and attempted to correct it...
There were a couple of minor problems that I reported to the owner and they were taken care of very quickly.
I would suggest these renters never rent a property without inspecting it first to be sure it meets ALL their needs.
I would also suggest they become a landlord for a property and experience the abuse from certain renters who are never satisfied and complain about EVERYTHING.
I'm hoping to be able to rent this property again this year if possible..

The revenge review from that tenant is frustrating but I've rented the house for years and have always been blessed with great tenants. I consider myself lucky not to have had any other disagreeable tenants like these whose checks don't clear! You are a good guy to set the record straight. By the way, there was no problem with the pool heater during their stay; in fact, it was on 24 hours a day at full blast despite my asking them not to change the temperature -- the result is that they blew the temperature gauge but no problem it has been fixed. Hope you can get here soon.
