Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cozy villa located in the heart of Mission Beach. This beach villa is just steps to the ocean and has been full remodeled. Villa has a custom kitchen with granite and Maple, full size washer and dryer, a gorgeous patio, cable TV, high speed WI-FI, ceiling fans throughout, and tandem off street parking. This home features a large ground floor courtyard patio with a gas BBQ, patio furniture and loungers, and the 3rd house from the beach and ocean. Sleeping quarters are a Queen Size Bed in one bedroom and two twin size Beds in the second bedroom. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room sleeping up to 6 people comfortably.
