Floor to ceiling blinds allow your privacy when desired. Home is styled in a Key West, Caribbean motif. An additional full bath adjacent to other bedrooms. A caged in pool area with lounge chairs, BBQ and pool accessories will fulfill your sunbathing days. This home has all amenities for a relaxing and pleasant stay in beautiful Cape Coral.

This is an excellent Location!: Our home is located in the most desirable area of Cape Coral. Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges or locks. Rental boats are available from Marina nearby. Walking distance to Yacht Club beach. Home is located in quiet neighborhood amongst million dollar homes. There is a very nice size private yard for children to play. Home is secure and recently all new furniture was purchased.

My husband and I have stayed in several houses in the Lee county area. This by far was our favorite. It was clean, comfortable and was our home away from home. We had beach access right up the street, a yacht club around the block that we could bike ride or walk to...The owners of the house had the bikes there for us which was a nice surprise as we werent expecting that.

The house is on the water,a nd theres a great breeze at night by the pool. The house is very open which we loved.

We will definitely come back
