Enjoy a lakefront retreat in our privately owned and managed 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom majestic home with special touches around every corner. What sets this home apart is the flexibility of the floor plan. Guests enjoy a king master suite, a 2 bedroom queen & queen family suite, and a private lower-level king suite with 3 fold-out sofa beds, each with a private full bath. For extra sleeping, we provide 2 queen and 2 twin temporary beds with linens and towels provided for everyone! You’ll have enough room for 2 large families, 3 mid sized families, or 4 couples. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the HD projection screen media room with 300+ DVD collection, a pool table, a desktop computer for internet access, a wireless network, cable TV with HD, and unlimited long distance calling.

Nestled at the end of a protected cove, the home has fantastic lake views from large decks on both levels. The large home site is adjacent to a 25-acre neighborhood park with direct access to Lake Travis and a uniquely private setting. Large oak trees surround the property with a gentle sloping terrain, allowing easy lake access. “Beach” your personal watercraft or anchor you boat in the protected privacy of the cove. No elevators, no stairs, flat waterfront access, and a wonderful setting for swimming, picnicking, and your water toys!

With a family of 11 adults and 5 children, this house has it all. You never knew the kids were loud watching movies and playing pool when the adults were upstairs cooking. This house is well worth the price - it's in a gorgeous/quiet area with plenty of deer and lake access. Owner is very accommodating. House has plenty of room for a big family without getting in each other's way. Very fun and filled with amenities!

Great house with a great view. This house has it all. The gameroom downstairs with the home theater was excellent. The house made our Lake Travis experience even better. Highly recommended.
