You & your family will have a blast at 1414 Ocean Rd. The main house boats 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, W/D, & a deck w/a 6 person hot tub. The separate guest cottage sleeps 3 and has a 1/2 bath with an outdoor shower- perfect for the nanny, the in laws, or the kids! The yard is large and fenced in. The property sits across the st from a nature preserve and a white sandy swimming beach. Within a short and beautiful walk is the Point Judith Light House. Also within walking distance are several restaurants.Within a minutes drive is the Block Island ferry and the Narragansett Pier. Whether you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation or a week full of adventure, this house will enable you to fulfill your dreams. We have never had a disappointed renter. Cleaning is included, and daily/weekly (if multiple week rental) maid service is available upon request. Linens are also available upon request. DISCOUNT APPLIED TO MULTIPLE WK RENTAL!
