    SUMMER/FALL Holiday/Special Event Weekends: $300/night (3 night minimum)
    WINTER/SPRING Holiday/Special Event Weekends: $400/night (3 night minimum)

    Security/Damage Deposit: $500-1000

    The pool uses a saline filter, thereby avoiding harsh chemicals - it's both environmentally friendly and much more pleasing than a standard chlorine pool. The pool is also equipped with a heater, and we recommend pool heating for the months of November through April. The fee for pool heating is $35 per day, $225 per week. The heater will bring the pool to a very comfortable temperature of 87-88 degrees Fahrenheit.

Perfect Slice of Palm Springs Paradise

Our perfect vacation week began the moment we contacted the owners to inquire. Excellent, prompt customer service and a welcoming demeanor formed our first impressions of this stellar mid-century retreat.

Imagine our delight when we entered the property to find that the decor, accommodations, and cleanliness were all maintained with the same integrity and attention to detail we had encountered during the booking process. The delightful mid-century decor is clean, chic, and comfortable. Not only is the home perfectly gorgeous and homey; it is also extremely well-stocked with cookware, linens, games, and everything one could possibly need for a perfect getaway.

As we spent the days dreaming poolside, relaxing in the high quality lounge chairs, we enjoyed the idyllic setting of swaying palms, blossoming bougainvilla, and charming citrus trees. And if all of this weren't enough to relax us, floating on rafts (provided by the house) in the heated saltwater pool would do the trick.

The location of this property couldn't be better. Only a few minutes from downtown (shopping, restaurants, bars), the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, and local casinos; it's also not far to such amazing natural treasures as Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons. A sprawling outlet mall is only a short drive on the freeway. And the nearby (actually walking distance) Riviera Hotel & Spa provides excellent nightlife and spa facilities.

We will never, ever forget our very magical week at Martini Weekend and cannot wait to return. The property was everything we hoped it would be, and so much more.

vacation perfection...

I cannot believe I ever stayed in a hotel when I could have stayed here! The house is absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked with everything from board games to movies to pool toys to cookware! The pool is awesome and very kid-friendly as well as the rest of the house. The location is absolutely perfect and it is much more cost efficient than staying in a hotel. I really cannot say enough about how much my party and I enjoyed this place! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a million times better than anything the website describes. I've already told everyone I know they should stay here next time they're in palm springs. I'm already planning my next stay here!

The place was immaculate, the pool perfect, the owners informative and most helpful. Went with a bunch of girlfriends and had the most relaxing weekend we could ask for just floating in the pool and occasionally exiting to hit the local sites. Will definitely return

A perfect little retreat!

Great advance communication and an easy booking is where it began. Once I arrived in Palm Springs accessing the home was a breeze due to the precise directions from owners. Upon entering I found a great little vacation home perfectly suited for a couple - yet spacious enough for several more guests. Everything in the home was modern and up to date making for a relaxing stay. Even the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a meal. The gem of this house is the pool and outside area where I spent most of my time. The only reco I would make to make this place even better would be a gas grill for easy BBQing. However, most folks aren't probably looking to grill in 112- 115 temps like I was. :) We'll definitely be back!

As advertised, great place, great service

Visited March 20-22 with my family for my mom's 60th. Very comfortable with 5 adults. The photos represent it well. Short drive to downtown, house is clean and modern. Master bedroom is very spacious. Large backyard, although the parts not in the photos are mostly covered in rock (a bocce court or something similar could be a cool addition and make good use of the huge space, just a thought). The pool area is nice and the covered patio area with seating would be a much needed space in the hot summer. March is still iffy on the weather side and we had heavy winds moderate temps, but that was expected. The customer service was great. The twin beds in one of the rooms had not been made into a king as requested and the BBQ was locked in the garage, but both issues were attended to as quickly as possible and the communication was easy. Would recommend to anyone wanting a modern, clean house for a good rate that is a short distance from downtown.
