Linen Rental::
Bedspreads/Comforters, mattress pads & pillows are provided. The Premier Bed & Bath Package is automatically added to all reservations as linens are not provided. You must initial the Deposit Request Form if you choose to decline the linen package and wish to bring your own linens. All items will be delivered the day of your arrival and picked up the day of your departure. Linen Rental does not include bed set-up, however, this service may be requested for an additional fee. Baby, beach and sporting equipment is available upon request. Should you experience a problem with any rental equipment we will have the item replaced upon your request. No cancellations/refunds can be issued within 2 weeks of your arrival for changes to rental item requests, at check-in or upon departure. Guest assumes all responsibility for damaged, missing, stolen equipment.
Advance Deposit::
A deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 10 days of making your reservation. A nonrefundable reservation fee is charged on all reservations. This fee is to cover tenant services & administrative costs. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled without notification. Interest earned on funds deposited with Seaside Rentals is payable to Seaside Rentals. No other arrangements, property substitutions, rate adjustments or refunds will be issued once your reservation has been confirmed or upon arrival
